For your presentation you will receive three grades;
1. Paperwork- the following items must be complete and turned in after your presentation
2. Presentation- did you clearly convey the promotion idea, convince us it would increase morning drive listeners and awareness for the client. Were you able to answer questions clearly. Did everyone presenting have a clear role?
3. Group grade- each member of the group will anonymously grade the other members of the group based on participation and effort. These grades will be averaged for a group grade.

- Detailed description of the promotion. Include what the promotion is, when it will happen; how it happens; prizes; rules etc.
- FCC and legal review . Does the promotion violate any FCC or laws, if so how will you address this?
- "What if" questions and answers- prepare for any reasonable problems that may occur.
- Cost sheet- include anything that will be purchased or bartered and how they will be paid for. If you are trading air time; include the cost of advertising and how many spots you will have to trade.
- Create check list prior to event and day of event- be as detailed as possible
- Answers to the "Does it" and "Do we" questions on your handouts.
